The A.R.T.S. Prize, established in 2009 by the Atelier Arts-Sciences, a collaborative research laboratory between CEA-LETI Grenoble and Hexagone Scène nationale in Meylan, is awarded each year to artists and scientists working jointly on an interdisciplinary project combining art, technology and science. The Prize was created thanks to support provided by the Grenoble Alpes Métropole, the Région Rhône-Alpes and by European funding through the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund).
Establishing the A.R.T.S. Prize, the Atelier Arts-Sciences crosses international boundaries and opens new perspectives for further cross-projects.
