November 2009 / October 2010

Valérie Legembre's residency at CEA Grenoble offers a genuine testimony of the world of research and technologies as well as of today's scientific investigations.

Four CEA institutes accept to open their doors, their research space and world: INAC, LETI/DTBS, LITEN/INES in Chambéry and ARC NUCLEART.

They do this in order to host Valérie Legembre, plastic artist's residency alongside with her approach via these institutes’ professional spaces.

Nayla Farouki and Christian Ruby, philosophers, follow the residency's progress and the Cahiers de l'Atelier n°3 reporting on the residency, will be published at the end of 2011.

Nayla Farouki, philosopher, historian of science and ideas is author of the books “Les Deux occidents” (Les Arènes, 2004), “de La Foi et la raison, Histoire d’un malentendu” (Flammarion, 1996).
